📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.,Manage and update vehicle maintenance records and schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet personnel.,Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
