📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by monitoring the cooking process.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are available and fresh.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
