📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure the right candidates are hired.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.,Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
