Sumber Citra Health Center is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Balikpapan and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and prototype user interfaces for our digital products,Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business objectives,Create and maintain design systems and style guides,Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies,Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field,3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design,Proven portfolio of UI/UX design projects,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles,Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel,Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches,Strong communication and collaboration skills
