📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels
  • Overseeing daily store operations and maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and data analysis
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Training and mentoring new staff members
  • Assisting in the coordination of store events and promotions
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English languages
