Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.,Monitor regulatory changes and trends to identify opportunities and risks.,Lead and manage the regulatory affairs team, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.,Ensure all products and operations comply with regulatory requirements.,Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.,Represent the company in regulatory meetings and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in regulatory affairs, pharmaceuticals, or a related discipline.,10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of success in regulatory affairs, with a strong understanding of local and international regulations.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of regulatory affairs software and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus.
