In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, well-organized restaurant.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports and operational data to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage laws, regulations, and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
