📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of the club, including member check-ins, facility maintenance, and event coordination.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff to ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Develop and implement member engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report on club performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of member information and club activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the sports or recreation industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with club management software such as ClubReady or similar.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for club-related activities.
