We are looking for a talented and passionate Assistant Recruiter to join our team at Hotel Tono Kebab in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving their targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates,Support the recruitment team in achieving their targets,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements,Support the recruitment team in the onboarding process of new hires,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Detail-oriented and highly accurate
