📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our risk management solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and market insights.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on the latest trends.
• Ensure the successful adoption of our solutions by providing ongoing support and training to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the risk management industry and a passion for helping businesses mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
