📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare food ingredients and maintain proper inventory and stock levels.,Assist in the preparation of daily specials and menu items.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet production targets and deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.,Ensure all food handling and preparation follows health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
