📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing and managing software and hardware solutions.,Provide technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of IT services.,Monitor and maintain IT security protocols and practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Support the IT team in managing and maintaining IT documentation.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Provide backup and recovery support for IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using IT support tools and software.,Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
