📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and detail electrical systems for commercial and residential buildings, including lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical work packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project budgets.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into building designs.
• Review and approve subcontractor proposals and shop drawings to maintain project quality and timelines.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to ensure project objectives are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation in electrical design.
• Maintain and update project files and documentation to support ongoing project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design and quantity surveying for building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations relevant to building projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
