📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
• Support the sales team in promoting partner brands, achieving sales targets, and building customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Use Salesforce to manage customer data and track interactions.
• Utilize Eventbrite to organize and promote events, and manage registrations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Assist in maintaining and updating event materials, such as promotional materials and client communications.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Eventbrite.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about events and sales, with a desire to learn and grow.
• Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali.
