📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement IT governance frameworks and policies,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards,Monitor and evaluate IT performance and risk,Develop and maintain IT governance documentation,Lead and coordinate IT governance initiatives and projects,Provide guidance and advice to senior management on IT governance matters,Foster a culture of IT governance within the organization,Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in IT governance🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance, preferably in the insurance industry,Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks,Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Certifications such as ITIL Expert, COBIT Practitioner, or PMP are a plus🛠️ Keahlian
