📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and manage IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.,Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.,Backup and restore data as required.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Basic understanding of programming languages and scripting.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
