Jaya Sari Store is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your goal will be to create a culture of continuous learning and development, ultimately driving the success and growth of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and engage employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training objectives align with business goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and tools.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
