As an Outlet Supervisor at Gure Gelato, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our gelato products meet the highest standards of quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the outlet.
• Manage and train a team of 5-7 staff members to maintain high standards of service and product quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote sales and upsell products to increase revenue.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Gure Gelato brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry, preferably in a gelato or dessert-focused environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations, with a clean safety record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with gelato production techniques and quality control processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
