📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain sales data and records
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Process and track sales orders, invoices, and payments
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support in the organization and planning of sales events and promotions

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus
