Hi-P Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chemist or Laboratory Engineer to join our Quality Assurance and Product Development team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will also be involved in the development of new products and processes, contributing to the innovation and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various chemical and physical tests to ensure product quality and safety.,Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.,Collaborating with the product development team to support the creation of new products.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Analyzing test data and providing reports to management and other stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.,Training and mentoring junior staff in laboratory techniques and procedures.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proven experience in quality assurance and product development.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations within Bali.
