In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Lead HR training and development programs,Coordinate with management to address HR needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software,Certification in HR management is a plus
