📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs that meet those needs.,Create and maintain learning materials, such as training manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.,Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with our HR team to ensure that our learning and development programs are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.,Work with our managers to identify and address performance gaps and develop training programs to help employees improve their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs, both in-person and online.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.,Proficient in the use of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning and development tools.,Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions about learning and development initiatives.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
