In this role, you will be responsible for assisting registered nurses in delivering patient care, documenting patient records, and participating in care planning. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist registered nurses in delivering patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic nursing procedures.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
- Participate in care planning and patient assessments to ensure residents receive personalized and compassionate care.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, following strict protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient status to the nursing team.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of well-being and dignity.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and continuous improvement of services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or nursing home setting.
- Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow established protocols and guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of EHR systems and familiarity with patient care documentation.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
- Experience with assistive devices and adaptive equipment is a plus.
