As an ESH Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety and health practices, leveraging tools like SAP EHS and Microsoft Office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety and health programs to protect employees and the environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Work with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESH roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Certifications such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, or equivalent are a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP EHS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards relevant to Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
