📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee geotechnical investigations, including drilling, sampling, and testing, to provide accurate and reliable data for engineering designs.
• Design and implement geotechnical solutions, such as slope stability analysis, foundation design, and ground improvement techniques.
• Monitor and report on geotechnical conditions during mining operations, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, such as those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, geologists, and safety officers, to deliver high-quality geotechnical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior geotechnical engineers and field personnel.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest geotechnical technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders, including management and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong focus on mining applications.
• Proficiency in geotechnical software, such as AutoCAD, Surpac, or RockWorks.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid professional certification, such as a Professional Geotechnical Engineer (P.Ge.) or equivalent.
