Coinbase is looking for a talented and experienced Counsel, Commercial to join our team. In this role, you will provide legal advice and support to our commercial teams, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will play a key role in managing legal risks and opportunities, and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions and business initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the commercial teams, including sales, marketing, and business development.,Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Manage legal risks and opportunities, and advise on potential legal issues that may arise in connection with our business activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies to support our business objectives.,Provide training and guidance to commercial team members on legal matters, including contract law, corporate governance, and compliance.,Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering, sanctions, and data privacy.,Work closely with other legal team members, as well as with external legal counsel and advisors, to provide comprehensive legal support to our business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial law, corporate law, or a similar field.,Strong understanding of commercial law, contract law, and corporate governance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members located in different time zones.
