📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data centre efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Centre Maintenance Engineer, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Certifications in data centre technologies, such as Cisco, VMware, or CompTIA, are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with data centre management software, such as VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, or HPE OneView.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
