📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and optimize jersey designs for print production using Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Conduct initial setup and testing of print machines to ensure accurate color matching and quality output.
• Monitor and adjust print parameters to maintain consistent quality and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs are printable and meet quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on printed jerseys to identify and address any issues.
• Document print production processes and maintain records for quality assurance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in print production.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on print production techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in print production, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW for design preparation.
• Familiarity with print production software such as Gerber AccuMark or similar.
• Strong understanding of print technologies, including screen printing, digital printing, and heat transfer.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with design and production teams.
• Certification in print production or a related field is a plus.
