📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor branch performance against key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and innovation, and drive initiatives to capitalize on them.
• Represent Moladin at industry events and conferences, building our brand's reputation and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the financial services or SME sector.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in the SME sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively.
